Since 7/7/2011 the server maintenance that involved updating the Hack Shield, the communities had a hard time updating a bypass. About a couple days ago, W8Baby successfully developed a new bypass that can be purchased in the VIP section. As for the rest of the communities, they're still not up to date yet.
You can still hack though with packets. The RiPE is updated to work with the latest version of the game. Most functions still work if you have the updated packet headers but Hook Send requires a bypass. You will crash if that is activated during your game-play. Now your game-play would be a little easier with packets since you can still continue your Chaos Challenge exploits or teleporting to a player.
