[v1.01] Monster Crystal Packet

Monster Crystals were created 2 years ago along with Item Maker Skill. Item Maker Skill allowed us to make weapons, armors, refine ores, etc. During July, it was replaced by Profession skills and the functions and GUI of Item Maker were taken out. Last month, I stumbled upon http://www.gamekiller.net/old-detected-hacks-ms/256271-new-item-maker-packet.html and it shed some light to me. I didn't think it was possible for something that was patched to be resurrected by packets but I gave it a try. Soon after ruling out the wrong packets, I saw the etc. items convert into a Basic Monster Crystal right before my eyes.

So why should we continue using something that's outdated when profession skills replace it and fatigue are now well handled? Well for those who remembered playing before the Profession age, I.M.S. allowed us to make weapons such as a Concerto with average attack into above average attack. Profession skills can achieve this, but with a small chance. To make a Concerto with higher attack, we would use a combination of Advanced Diamond, Advanced Black Crystal, and a simulator and process it in the Item Maker window. Since we don't have it (or can't bring it up to our screen), a correct format packet that allows you to make a higher attack gun must be sent instead.

Because I didn't track down the other I.M. packets, such as refining ores, making armors, or weapons, I can't make and distribute these powerful weapons. I'm releasing this packet with the updated header in hopes for something with a better knowledge of packets to discover the others and maybe release it to the public.

Requirements:
-Need 100 of a monster's drop, such as Drake Skull.
-The packet provided.

Drake Skull
Code:
AD 00 03 00 00 00 0E 09 3D 00

Packet Format:
Code:
AD 00 [the choice # of the item maker window] 00 00 00 [item ID] 00

Do note that not all I.M.S. packets are in that format. They're each unique.

ShadyGamers talk of their latest trainer.

I remember seeing Lethargy Trainer posted on shadygamer.com so I visit them to see what they're up to. Like any other hacking site, they're leeching posts from other communities but also building their own trademark hacks in their section. Their current hacks are Plum Trainer v1.00.2.1, Beta Trainer by Master, and DingDong.

Public coder hero3128 is currently working on Heroic Engine, a multi-functional trainer. Click here for the list of functions. The trainer may expect to compete with the current GGTrainer by Rumias of GameKiller, Kami Trainer by ChiLaX of Gamkiller, and BT Lite of W8Baby which has been shut down for almost a month now. Seems like he's delaying the release but the school year started for everyone so patience is a must.

Trivial
hero3128 was also a coder in GameKiller and his known work was Hero's Trainor. But it didn't turn out too well.

ShadyGamer needs more members and contributors. There aren't much huge stars here unlike the other popular communities so if you're looking to shine and be heard, sign up here!

Welcome to My Page!

Welcome to everyone who just visited my page for the first time. Special greetings to GK members because I first expose my blog to them.

First off, I want to let you know about myself. I'm an ongoing Global Maplestory player since January 2008. My  actual first time playing GMS was Summer 2005. I started in Scania instead of Bera. Then I quit around mid-2006 and joined Japanese Maplestory. I had been exposed to the latest contents there that GMS didn't provide until today. After the massive IP ban from Nexon Japan on U.S. IPs, I've been out of the Maple scene for a year. And when one of my classmates mentioned about GMS again at 2008, I just got hooked on to it ever since. I had taken breaks if some of you are wondering...I've seen lots of stuff happening from version 0.4x up until now.

This website will review and explore the birth of Maplestory hacking since the early versions of the Global Maplestory. I will enrich each blog with pictures and videos as much as I can. When I finally document on today's hacks, I will still be on the lookout for current hack events and they will also be documented here.

Hope to see you soon. I welcome all to come back some time to be enlightened with knowledge and maybe share your thoughts here too.
